Guelph Wedding Photographer: Jessy & Kurtis' Engagement Session:
This engagement session was stunning, with breathtaking views and a gorgeous couple that was adventurous. Take a peek and read more about their adventures along the ruined mill located in the Rockwood Conservation Area.
If you're thinking of heading over to the Rockwood Conservation Area for some lovely engagement photos, I'd say do it!
Jessy & Kurtis' engagement session is full of spontaneous, romantic and fun images. These two were so laid back and just enjoyed the moment, absorbing the gorgeous scenery that the conservation area offered.
First off, the ruins. A beautiful disaster is what I call it. With jagged edges from ruin and endless windows displaying lush, greenery, it's no wonder this spot is breathtaking for photos. We captured every angle, twist and turn of the ruins. There was one point where the wind fluttered around with Jessy's dress. We love the wind, the way it tousled Jessy's hair, see it captured below.
And if you are ok with walking a bit, (bring comfortable shoes or go barefoot, as Jessy did!), you'll find caves along the way. If you were following us on Instagram, we had a quiz going on. Would Jessy & Kurtis enter the cave? Um, you bet! These two are brave, brave, brave. We didn't see any bats, but we did spot a few, gigantic spiders. Okay maybe not gigantic, but pretty close. (Eeeeek!) Oh, and despite the spiders, you can catch Jessy & Kurtis dancing in the cave!
If you're looking for two fun photographers to capture your Engagement session (or Wedding!), give us a shout! And you can ask Jessy & Kurtis about the fun trick Mike and I played on each other, (we used our off camera flash to blind each other during set up), and how Jessy & Kurtis couldn't stop laughing. Yup, that's how we captured some of their fun smiles and giggles.
Thank you Jessy & Kurtis. We had a blast! We are looking forward to your Wedding in 2018! :)
